Vintage Japanese lacquered rose tray with mother of pearl

Vintage Japanese lacquered rose tray with mother of pearl. 12 round lacquered wood tray. Bamboo and mother of pearl rim approximately 1 tall. Although the sticker on the back says, The Nanking, Chinese fine arts, 2079 Kuhio Ave. Honolulu, I do believe this tray is Japanese and not Chinese.
