Vintage Art Deco Real Butterfly Specimen Taxidermy & Marquetry Wood Serving Tray

Superb large marquetry wood frame Serving Tray. Real butterfly specimen / taxidermy inlay under glass. Art Deco period, most likely 1920's - 1930's. Most of these trays were brought back from Brazil. Measures 24" x 15" / 61 cm x 38 cm.

Condition: some butterfly colours have faded over the time. Some damage to the wood on the back of the tray. Please see photos at the end. Range from fewer carbon emissions to saving water and reducing waste. Second-hand market reduces the need to manufacture a new item and thus saves resources.

Can be collected in person from HA4 0LP, South Ruislip, London. Items must be collected within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
