Karoff Fold Away Buffet Wood Tray Two Lidded Jars with Spoons Salt and Pepper
Vintage Karoff Fold Away Buffet Wood Tray with Two Lidded Jars with Glass Spoons and Salt and Pepper Shakers. When the tray is together as in first picture approx 3-1/2" in height, approx 13-1/2" X 7-3/4", approx 15-3/4" from handle to handle, when fully extended approx 28 across. The bottom section has a round area perfect for a bowl approx 7" across, approx 3/4" depth, the next level up has an oval section approx 7" X 3", approx 1/2 depth, the top section has the two salt and pepper shakers and lidded jars.
The salt and pepper shakers are approx 2-1/2" in height, approx 1-1/2" wide at widest point. The lidded jars are approx 3-1/4" with lid, approx 2-1/4" without lid, approx 2" depth to rim, approx 2-3/4" wide at widest point.
The glass spoons are approx 3-3/4 long. The glass spoons look hand blown and one is bent in on the spoon section, just how it was made. There are signs of age/use/wear. There are no chips or cracks in the glass condiment jars or salt and pepper shakers. The wooden areas were sealed and there are areas where the sealant is worn off.The wooden lids around the rim have small nicks out of the wood. Some wear on the tops of salt and pepper and lids on jars. The wooden tray is in good condition with natural wood imperfections.
The sealant on the tray has a crazing look to it from age. All are shown in pictures.
