Antique 1945 Wood Serving Tray Hand Made, Inlaid, Reverse Glass Painting

This gorgeous handmade and take serving tray is 21" x 13.5". The handles appear to be old walnut as well as the one and a quarter inch solid wood border around the tray that is inlaid with a 5/16 inch inlaid pinstripe and Parque strip which goes completely around the tray.

The glass reverse painting is over 15" x 11". It is A primitive painting of a lake mountains and foliage. The colors are white black blue and gold.

The wood contains its original finish and the hardware holding the back also appears to be the original screws. The back was removed and inside was newspapers that dated 1945 coinciding with the date on the back of the piece. The inlaid work around the piece was completely hand cut and inlaid. The painting inside the glass was done in reverse style and was completely done by hand.
